ICF hired me to revamp and optimize their top-of-funnel email drip campaign. Open rates were at 24% with a click thru of 11%. They averaged 81 applications per send. Here are the steps I took to improve results:

Applications went from 81 applications/send to 203 applications/send for an 150% increase (within 4 months).
